Clinic Description
Child Development Clinic Interdisciplinary team assessment of children & youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Infant Development Follow-up Clinic Interdisciplinary team assessment of infants and children with history of prematurity, low birth weight, &/or substance exposure in utero.
Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Clinic Interdisciplinary team evaluates and treats babies and children with complex congenital heart defects who had heart surgery before their first birthday.
Late and Moderate Preterm Babies Clinic (LAMBs) Developmental and health screening of infants and young children born moderate- or late-preterm for the first year of life.
Down Syndrome Specialty Clinic Serves as a center for consultation regarding concerns about development and/or behavior.
UW Medicine Adult Autism Center Designed to meet the complex needs of individuals over 18 years of age with autism spectrum and related disorders. Assesses the various needs of patients and families to customize care management.
FAS Diagnostic & Prevention Network Clinic Interdisciplinary team assessment of children, youth, and adults with history of prenatal exposure to alcohol.

SITE DESCRIPTION
Yakima Children’s Village Located in the Greater Yakima Valley this is a unique setting where children with NDD/ASD and their family have access to co-located programs; medical specialty clinics, diagnostic developmental evaluation, therapy services, dental services, mental health, nurse home visiting, and parent-to-parent support. Yakima Children’s Village is a UW LEND Satellite location.
UW Haring Center for Inclusive Education Comprehensive early childhood center providing inclusive educational services for families and children with and without disabilities from birth through kindergarten. Located next door to IHDD
Seattle Children’s Hospital SCH serves as the pediatric and adolescent academic medical center for Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho. Opportunities to observe and train in their specialty clinics vary by discipline. Clinics may include:

Neurodevelopment Centers (Part C agencies) The Washington State Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program provides services to children birth to age 3 who have disabilities or developmental delays. Early intervention services are interdisciplinary and coordinated by each county to support children in their natural environments.
Alyssa Burnett Adult Life Center Offers lifelong learning for people 18 and older with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Echo Glen Children’s Center  A juvenile detention facility that provides education and treatment services for youth to support their successful transition back to their home community.
